What girl doesn’t love spending a little extra time dressing up?! Date night is a perfect excuse to toss the jeans aside and put on something a little more feminine and fancy! Here are 4 different looks to give your closet some inspiration:
The Boho Look is all about the layers and natural fibers/textures! You can still look put together and stylish for date night while using basic staples in your wardrobe. Pair a linen wrap skirt with a plain Jane t-shirt, but elevate the style by adding a scarf. Stack bracelets with similar color tones, put on some dangle earrings, and a floppy hat for adventure!
The Classy Look is simple and sleek. A solid colored dress paired with pearls is always timeless! Match your bracelet, necklace, and hair accessories for a cohesive look. And who doesn’t need an excuse to pull out some heels?!
The Whimsical Look is a grown-up take on a little girl’s fairytale dreams. Choose a dress with a fun floral print — with twirl factor! A studded jean jacket makes the ordinary unexpected, along with mix and match jewelry. Pastel ballet flats and a studded headband will make you feel like a princess!
The Cozy Look is just that — soft and subtle. A knit pencil skirt paired with a fuzzy oversized sweater will make you feel like you’re still wearing comfy pajamas. Simple accessories like a knit headband, delicate earrings, and a single strand beaded necklace will dress things up to date-night level. The best part? For those who don’t like heels, wear some white sneakers!
